Materials
Rice 1 kghen ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
entire dry coriander 1 tsp
Milk 2 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Tomato five (sliced)
Almond eight
Onion 3 (first-class chopped)
Green chilli 6
red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Pistachio 10
Cloves 4-5
Saffron 1 pinch
Cinnamon stick 1lemon half of
Salt to taste
Method
Marinade the hen with salt ,garlic ginger paste and ¼ cup yogurt and leave for half-hour.warmth the oil and fry onion. take away half of onion in a plate and preserve aside.
In closing onion add marinade hen, purple chili powder, turmeric, garam masala powder, dry coriander & tomato. Now cook for 5 minutes.
Now adding yogurt and green chilies. prepare dinner till hen gentle and thick masala left.
Stir in almond and pistachio; do away with from warmness.
upload lemon juice, salt, cloves and cinnamon in water and boil rice till eighty% rice is cooked. Drain the water.
Now take a huge bottom cooking pan and spread a layer of bird then rice, again chook and rice.
mix saffron in milk and sprinkle over rice. Simmer about 10-12 mins.
Now serve this tasty birayni with raita and salad.
