Materials Rice 1 kg hen ½ kg Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp entire dry coriander 1 tsp Milk 2 tbsp Yogurt 1 cup Oil ½ cup Tomato five (sliced) Almond eight Onion 3 (first-class chopped) Green chilli 6 red chili powder 1 tbsp Turmeric 1 tsp Garam masala powder 1 tsp Pistachio 10 Cloves 4-5 Saffron 1 pinch Cinnamon stick 1lemon half of Salt to taste Method Marinade the hen with salt ,garlic ginger paste and ¼ cup yogurt and leave for half-hour. warmth the oil and fry onion. take away half of onion in a plate and preserve aside. In closing onion add marinade hen, purple chili powder, turmeric, garam masala powder, dry coriander & tomato. Now cook for 5 minutes.
